Bovada Baji is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under a license issued by the Curaçao Gaming Commission. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the site.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• A bet will not be valid unless a system confirmation is received at the time of placement
• Bovada Baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Bets placed on palpably incorrect odds will be voided and the original stake returned

If a Match is Cancelled or Incomplete

If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time:

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• If a cricket match result is determined by the D/L method, that result stands as final
• Each sport has its own "Match Cancellation Policy" — please review it before placing your bet
• In live betting, if a match is cancelled, bets on events that have already been completed are generally settled as normal

Accumulator Betting

If one leg of an accumulator is void, that leg is removed and the bet is settled on the remaining legs. If all legs are void, the original stake is refunded.

Each bonus offer on Bovada Baji comes with its own terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the active bonus being forfeited
• A bonus code can only be used once
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets — the bonus will be forfeited

Definition of Bonus Abuse

The following actions are considered bonus abuse:

• Placing bets across multiple accounts on different outcomes of the same match (Arbitrage)
• Placing bets at odds of 1.01 or near equivalent for the purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements
• Using another person's details or payment method to claim a bonus

Bovada Baji reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with False Information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Fraudulent Activity
• Money Laundering or Suspicious Financial Transactions
• Involvement in Match Fixing or Bet Manipulation
• Abusive Conduct Toward Other Users or Staff

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, the real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. Funds may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.

Bovada Baji places the highest importance on responsible betting. Betting is for entertainment — not a means of earning a living.
